Position Summary
Our bartenders who are energetic, responsible, and able to work in a customer service focused fast-paced environment. Additional skills include the ability to multitask, work as a team, and service customers with a smile. Wine knowledge is a requirement. TIPS certified is a plus. Full-time availability able to work weekday and weekend shifts. Our Bartenders are responsible for greeting and serving Canopy by Hilton Boston Downtown guests in a genuine and friendly manner. Working safely and withing Canopy by Hilton Boston Downtown strict guidelines related to COVID-19 prevention. Bartenders are required to prepare beverages requested by guests and monitor guest behavior and guest alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service to the guest should cease; notify management of incidents involving excessive alcohol consumption or impaired condition of customers; check identification whenever the age of a guest requesting alcoholic beverage service is questionable.
