Tenderoni’s Fenway Bartender

Restaurateur Chef Tiffani Faison and her Boston based restaurant group, Big Heart Hospitality's, Tenderoni’s Fenway, is an Italian-American-ish concept that places fun and delicious at the forefront of the guest’s experience with a wildly entertaining and raucous atmosphere.

We are looking for bartenders that inspire, enjoy a natural talent for service and have an incredible eye for detail. All candidates should possess the following skills set:

• Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
• Great sense of humor and kindness.
• Ability to work professionally in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with a strong sense of urgency.
• Commitment to hospitality and exceptional food and beverage knowledge.
• Honesty and Integrity.
• Two years serving or bar experience.

· Night and weekend availability is required.
