Market Research and Analysis
Conduct thorough research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape.
Prepare insightful reports by analyzing and summarizing data.
Strategy Development and Execution
Collaborate with the Corporate team to establish and evaluate marketing strategy.
Review sales forecasts and set annual marketing objectives for each restaurant location.
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
Develop an annual event calendar that takes into account set dates and holidays as well as independent marketing initiatives.
Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the different restaurant teams.
Provide clear instructions for execution and oversee implementation at the restaurant level.
Assist in the creation and editing of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements.
Social Media Management
Oversee the social media calendar to ensure timely and aligned posting.
Collaborate with Social Media firm to create engaging content that resonates with our community and enhances brand visibility.
Brand Consistency
Work closely with our PR firm to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Align marketing strategies with overall company needs and goals.
Community Engagement
Respond to various marketing and donation requests promptly.
Evaluate participation opportunities based on their alignment with our brand values.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles.
