Responsibilities

• Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct thorough research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape.

  • Prepare insightful reports by analyzing and summarizing data.

• Strategy Development and Execution

  • Collaborate with the Corporate team to establish and evaluate marketing strategy.

  • Review sales forecasts and set annual marketing objectives for each restaurant location.

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.

  • Develop an annual event calendar that takes into account set dates and holidays as well as independent marketing initiatives.

  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the different restaurant teams.

  • Provide clear instructions for execution and oversee implementation at the restaurant level.

  • Assist in the creation and editing of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements.

• Social Media Management

  • Oversee the social media calendar to ensure timely and aligned posting.

  • Collaborate with Social Media firm to create engaging content that resonates with our community and enhances brand visibility.

• Brand Consistency

  • Work closely with our PR firm to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

  • Align marketing strategies with overall company needs and goals.

• Community Engagement

  • Respond to various marketing and donation requests promptly.

  • Evaluate participation opportunities based on their alignment with our brand values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
