Job Description: 

Full time opportunity splitting time between manager shifts and server/bartending shifts. 

What we’re looking for:

• A versatile front-of-the-house leader who enjoys leading, and communicating effectively with, people
• Managing busy shifts, ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction
• Professional manager, knowledgeable about OBH offerings
• Helping others and working as part of team
• Maintaining a clean front-of-the-house
• Friendly, positive, fun, reliable manager with a good work ethic
• People with a passion for learning and growing
• Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
• Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
• Organizing schedules
• Keeping track of employees’ hours
• Recording payroll data
• Ordering food, linens, gloves and other supplies while staying within budget limitations
