Description
The Chief People Officer (CPO) is responsible for shaping and executing OPCS’s people strategy. The CPO is responsible for driving initiatives that support a positive workplace culture, enhance employee engagement, and optimize talent management. This role influences and implements strategies to align the OPCS’s people practices with its overall organizational objectives. This role encompasses a broad spectrum of oversight, as outlined below, and oversees two OPCS teams – Training & Development and Human Resources.
