As an Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with jewelry sales. Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with jewelry selection, answer questions, and provide product information
- Process cash transactions accurately using a cash register
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions following proper procedures
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our jewelry
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise as needed
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and tagging new merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills for retail calculations
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $17.50 - $23.28 per hour
