Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandising Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning and execution of merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.

Responsibilities:
- Support the merchandising team in implementing visual displays and maintaining store aesthetics
- Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels and replenishing products as needed
- Collaborate with the team to develop training materials for store staff on merchandising best practices
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and tracking sales data
- Aid in retail sales activities and customer service to enhance the shopping experience
- Participate in store remodeling projects to update layouts and improve product presentation
- Assist in creating visually appealing displays following brand guidelines and planograms

Experience:
- Previous experience with cash register operations and inventory control is preferred
- Familiarity with training development and visual design concepts is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems and retail sales processes
- Experience in store remodeling or visual merchandising is advantageous
- Strong stigmatise awareness and ability to adhere to brand standards
- Understanding of planograms and their implementation
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction
