About the Role: 

OLAPLEX is seeking a Director of Integrated Business Planning. While the senior executives of the business “own” the integrated business planning process, the IBP Leader facilitates design, implementation, continuous improvement and integration of the entire process including the Portfolio Review, Demand Review, Supply Review, and Management Business Review meetings and the Integrated Reconciliation and Financial supporting elements of the process. 

  • Help create the vision and lead the implementation of OLAPLEX Integrated Business Planning process. Ensure broad ongoing organizational support and adoption of the IBP vision.
  • Ensure design of the IBP Process reflects best practice while supporting organization structure, accountabilities and complexities
  • Ensure owners, participants, agendas, inputs and outputs for all elements of the process are designed and documented
  • Develop and document roles, responsibilities and accountabilities for all owners, participants and stakeholders of the IBP Process
  • Coach and mentor owners and participants in the various reviews to ensure behaviors are supporting a Class A Integrated Business Planning Process
  • Identify and implement appropriate tools to support the Integrated Business Planning process and ensure aggregate plans can be easily translated to executable detail plans
  • Partner with Finance to increase the reliance on financial indicators in OLAPLEX Integrated Business Planning decision making processes, and to streamline the annual budgeting effort using the same plans and numbers as are available in the IBP plans
  • Lead the Integrated Reconciliation step of IBP. Prepare the deck for the Management Business Review ensuring appropriate content to support decision-making
  • Track, monitor, and report KPI’s . Ensure tools and processes identify root cause and drive a corrective action culture through the OLAPLEX IBP process
  • Providing Executives with effective information to support decision-making that aligns the company’s product, demand, supply and financial and strategic plans. Support the ongoing process improvement of the IBP process. 
  • Help drive organizational adoption of the IBP process and provide analytic support to improve control and utilization of company resources (inventory, capital, human). 
  • Ensure there is appropriate communications and governance during implementation as well as ongoing to ensure communications flow effectively

About You:

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Executive level presence.
  • Demonstrated skills interacting at various levels of an organization
  • Strong project management and facilitation skills
  • Experience implementing new business processes and driving organizational change
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • B.S. Degree plus 7-10 years’ experience. MBA a plus. Integrated Business Planning experience a plus

Our Total Rewards: 

The annual base pay for this position is $167,850 - $195,825 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
