Job Title: Senior Regional Marketing Manager Location: Remote (U.S. East - Eastern Time Zone) Reports to: Team Lead, Regional Marketing - East/Central
About the Role:
As part of the Enterprise Regional Marketing team, the Senior Regional Marketing Manager is instrumental in developing and executing demand generation programs that drive opportunities and build pipeline in support of new logo acquisition across North America, focusing specifically on the Northeast territory. This team is pivotal as the primary marketing point of contact for field sales, leveraging deep insights from account intelligence and strategic sales territories to craft impactful regional demand plans and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Americas Field Sales and corporate marketing teams, including Go-to-Market (GTM) and Product Marketing.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive 6-month rolling marketing plan that includes campaigns, regional field events, and participation in third-party events.
  • Implement and report on marketing activities, ensuring strategic alignment with sales objectives and total market coverage.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to relay feedback, share updates, distribute success stories and marketing materials.
  • Develop and present quarterly business review presentations to regional sales teams, highlighting past activities, team performance, and outlining upcoming marketing programs.
  • Drive engagement by aligning marketing initiatives with sales leadership goals, and enhance market penetration across the region.
  • Foster collaboration with the Partner Team to support local partner-driven marketing efforts.
  • Travel up to 30% to engage with teams and participate in key events.
What You'll Bring:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Field Marketing or Regional Marketing within a B2B enterprise setting.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing campaigns that materially impact sales cycles and business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in creating Salesforce reports and using data to drive decision-making.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and systems, including marketing automation and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills, including campaign planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with marketing technologies such as Tableau, Marketo, Splash, Asana, and 6Sense.
  • A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for overcoming challenges.
  • Strong budget management and negotiation skills.

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, New York, and Washington is between:
$127,000-$212,000 USD
The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between:
$142,000-$238,000 USD
