We are currently in search of a Sr Lifecycle Marketing Manager of Ecommerce to join our team and help drive the growth of our mindbodygreen supplement shop. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive new user acquisition, improve customer retention, and increase LTV for the existing subscriber base. You will own strategic data-driven decision making, brand-first email messaging/creative, performance reporting and the testing roadmap. Your goal is to help optimize the mindbodygreen email program into a best-in-class consumer experience while maximizing for mindbodygreen’s business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution for the ecommerce list acquisition, ongoing email marketing to prospective & previous buyers, and customer retention

  • You will report to the GM of Commerce and work closely with cross-functional teams such as editorial, design, and other marketing functions 

  • Manage and optimize all SMS and email marketing campaigns using Iterable, including segmentation, automation, and personalization

  • Develop and implement the ecommerce lifecycle marketing journey and one-off campaigns across channels to drive acquisition, retention and increase LTV

  • Work with the creative team to ideate and execute on innovative concepts that establish the mindbodygreen voice, brand and messaging via email 

  • Spearhead personalized segmentation strategy based on known user information and data

  • Continuously report on campaign performance, making recommendations for improvements and suggestions for new strategic ideas

  • Proactively analyze email and on-site performance trends to help identify areas for optimization

  • Continuously test and optimize email content, targeting, and segmentation

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in CRM and e-commerce marketing

 Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in CRM and Lifecycle marketing

  • Experience with Iterable email marketing platform, required

  • Experience with ecommerce marketing, highly preferred

  • Proficient in CSS and HTML to autonomously build and launch campaigns

  • Strong understanding of lifetime value models, cohort retention models, segmentation and personalization

  • Strong understanding of email & SMS marketing and customer retention strategies

  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional initiatives

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to share results and the big picture across the organization. Experience with web analytics tools such as Looker is a plus

  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize & manage multiple projects

  • Self-starter who is focused on driving results

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Passion or interest in the health and wellness industry, a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Compensation Range: $120-$130K

The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future
