Okta is looking to add a Director, Investor Relations (IR) to our team! The Director, IR reports to the Senior Vice President of Investors Relations. The successful candidate will be joining a team that is building a world-class investor relations program emphasizing ongoing engagement and strong relationships with the investment community; credible and transparent dialogue with investors and disclosure; enhanced understanding and appreciation for the organization’s business and investment merits. This role serves as a key resource and strategic contributor to the overall communications efforts. The Director, Investor Relations will help construct and deliver compelling, credible financial communications to drive shareholder value, capitalizing on the unique position inside the company to help shape strategic, financial and operating decisions. Critical to the success of the role is the ability to partner across every level of the company, promoting the highest levels of integrity to our stakeholders, while continually building and maintaining.
