The Coordinator of Fiscal Operations is responsible for all operations of the VTH Business Office (Accounts Payable/Receivable, Travel, Inventory, etc.) including the supervision of the Business Office personnel. Manages day-to-day activities including processing/reconciling purchases, revenue/receivables, and sales tax payments in accordance with university policies/procedures. The Coordinator of Fiscal Operations also manages the reception areas of the VTH, including the supervision of the receptionists. Responsible for monitoring client account statuses daily, resolving billing issues as they arise, counseling clients on payment policies and collection procedures, in accordance with policies and laws. The Coordinator of Fiscal Operations reports to the VTH Administrator, provides budgetary data analysis, and assists with fiscal decisions.
