We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our HR Department, focusing on streamlining processes through automation and ensuring accurate documentation of HR policies and procedures. The successful candidate will assist in managing HR inquiries, updating HRIS systems, and collaborating with various teams to support HR projects and initiatives.

What does a HR ADMINISTRATOR do?

  • Assist HR Manager, HR Business Partners, and AVP HR Operations with administrative duties, including responding to HR inquiries, processing transactions, and improving processes through automation.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional customer service to internal clients.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events, such as benefits enrollment, organizational-wide meetings, and holiday parties.
  • Provide Tier I support for HR/HRIS issues and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Act as the primary administrator and contact for HR ticketing software (People Assist).
  • Support implementations and processes associated with HR and HRIS projects.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including how-to guides and instructional documents for end-users.
  • Test changes to the HRIS system.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Document Manager system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.

What is required?

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

Experience:

  • Two years of relevant HR/HRIS experience
  • Two years of experience with exposure to the integrated processes of HR/Payroll/Benefits/Time & Attendance.
  • Three to five years of experience as an HR generalist or HR Administrator a plus.
  • UKG experience is required.
  • Working knowledge of Talent Management modules (compensation, ATS, performance management, etc.) and functional knowledge of associated HR business processes required.
  • Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, procedures and compliance requirements.

Other skills and abilities:

  • Some project experience, including policy and process documentation.
  • Self-motivated and proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be a strong team player who is able to work across multiple functions and disciplines.
  • Experience with UKG BI a plus.
  • Must be approachable with strong communication skills.
  • Must be able to efficiently manage your own time and to facilitate the on-going workflow and needs of other departments.
