The ideal candidate:
1. Needs to have a positive outlook on life. Can-do attitude. No drama.
1. Must have experience with Quickbooks or preferably Peachtree/Sage accounting program
2. Must have experience in the homebuilding/construction industry or something similar.
3. Must like working in a fast paced, sometimes stressful environment
4. Must be able to work alone and in a small group.
4. Must be anal and proud of it
5. Must be a resourceful self-starter. Able to think on their feet.
5. Must have integrity and a strong work ethic
6. Non-smoking, no drugs.
