Legend Senior Living is looking for an organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join the team as a Customer Service/Business Office Associate. This role would provide a wide variety of administrative support to residents and associates.

Requirements
Successful Customer Service/Business Office Associates possess the ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy, and have working knowledge in Microsoft Office and Outlook software.
Responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
Greeting/assisting visitors at the front desk and routing incoming phone calls
Various recruiting responsibilities such as: Forwarding applications, scheduling interviews, running background checks, entering new associates and their paperwork into an online HR management system, maintaining employee files
Various accounts payable & accounts receivable responsibilities, such as: Entering transactions into an expense tracking report, submitting invoices/checks, collecting/depositing rent payments
Assisting department heads with training by: Printing training forms, submitting and documenting completed trainings, running reports of overdue trainings
Assist the Residence Director in submitting various employee-related forms, such as: Associate awards, meeting minutes, associate injuries, garnishments, employment verifications, etc.
Managing an online timekeeping system by: Entering new associates, correcting punches, documenting absences
Other administrative support as assigned by the Residence Director
