Oklahoma State University is Hiring a ResourceOne Specialist Near Stillwater, OK

Fire Protection Publications is a mission-driven, values-based organization dedicated to the production of high-quality educational content for the international community of firefighters and first responders.
The ResourceOne Specialist will support all ResourceOne functions for FPP and the our 200,000 customers . Duties of this position will include providing demos and trainings on ResourceOne as needed to internal and external customers, Develop Customizations for organizations, Intergrade eLibrary into ResourceOne, Intergrade new courses and develop new course templates for new titles and released.
This position will also create question banks for products, create and update internal staff training, develop and update instructor materials and work with FPP IT and system vendors to do monthly maintenance and updates on the system .
A successful applicant will deliver comprehensive, high quality support for various IFSTA/FPP products and maintain all functions of ResourceOne for our customers. This position would be dedicated position to ResourceOne under the production side for eProducts. ResourceOne is now over 240,000 users and over 25,000 courses. It is the "Main Hub" for eProduct items and contains all IFSTA & FPP titles' curriculum. All eProduct items (besides Apps) including the eLibrary are hosted on ResourceOne. This position would have daily interaction in internal and external customers. Create custom courses as needed and support all functions of ResourceOne
This employee must:
  • maintain positive, professional relationships with team members, customers, distributors, and vendors
  • create and implement procedures for ResourceOne and eProduct procedures
  • Use technology to develop, distribute, and present technical and training information to groups of people in person and virtually.
  • liaise with other departments on projects and company initiatives as needed

Education & Experience

Position Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Customer Service, or related field and three years of experience OR master's degree and one year of experience in related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and five years of experience working in an eProduct platform with experience in ResourceOne and eLibrary systems. LMS Curriculum experience.
