Actively contributes as a member of the soccer management team with core responsibility for creating and delivering programs to support and develop life skills for student athletes. Work closely with academic services. Work in correlation with coaching staff to mentor student athletes to ensure success while dealing with the pressures associated with college life and athletics. Coordinates and organizes various aspects of the OSU Soccer Program under the general direction of the Head Coach and the Assistant Athletic Director.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Administration, or a related field.
One year of playing and/or coaching experience at NCAA Division 1 level.
Knowledge of NCAA rules as they pertain to college soccer.
Excellent management and organizational skills.
Excellent personal and communication skills.
Willing to travel and work unusual hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree
Playing experience at the NCAA Division 1 level.
