The Clinic Manager is responsible for the quality and efficiency of daily operations. Provides direct oversite of the clinical teams that support the radiation therapy services provided at the Oklahoma Proton Center. Services include but are not limited to proton therapy, external beam photon therapy and brachytherapy. The clinical teams include nursing, front office, and scheduling. The Manager will work with their peers in Radiation Therapy, Physics and Dosimetry, Patient Services, Finance, and Business Operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides supervision and guidance of program development, staff training and overall treatment environment for patients to ensure that we are delivering the highest level of cancer care.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of care and efficiency in operations.
• Lead the assessment, analysis, development and implementation of new programs, techniques, treatment protocols and technologies.
• Manage the development, maintenance and implementation of policies and procedures which support clinical operations.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, Nursing, Radiation Therapy or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated management skills including project management, process improvement, problem solving, decision making, prioritization, delegation, team building, customer service, ownership, follow-through, and conflict resolution.
• Experienced and fluent in oncology information systems usage, EMR.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact with physicians, management, and employees successfully at all levels throughout the organization and community.
• Overall understanding of all activities of a radiation therapy clinic, (e.g. nursing, service coding, revenue cycle, customer service, medical staff role(s), etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
