Bachoco OK Foods is seeking a Feed Mill Administrative Assistant for our Heavener, OK location.

Summary: Performs daily administrative functions of the feed mill.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Performs daily bin checks.
• Checks and turns in contract invoices.
• Prepares weekly and monthly reports.
• Releases rail cars.
• Confirms deliveries made to the feed mill.
• Checks driver pay and loads.
• Ordering and inventories all office supplies.
• Performs EPA sampling.
• Keeps up with driver safety and time logs.
• Completes monthly Agristats.
• Inventories fuel.
• Responsible for feed mill purchasing.
• Performs other duties as requested by management.
• Qualifies for company driver program.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of E-Mail Software; Payroll systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
