Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating various projects and administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette
- Transcribe and distribute messages accurately
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients and guests
- Perform personal assistant duties for executives
- Handle administrative tasks such as proofreading documents and managing calendars
-Excel in Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Excel)
-Familiar with CRM software
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service and front desk management
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong project coordination abilities
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as transcribing and proofreading
- Ability to manage calendars efficiently
