Job Title: Materials Controller

Reporting to: VP of Procurement

Overview

We are dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care through innovative solutions and a commitment to excellence. As part of our growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to oversee and optimize our inventory management processes.

As an Inventory Controller at OI Infusion Services, you will be responsible for the efficient management of our inventory system, ensuring accurate stock levels, and implementing strategies to enhance overall supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • - Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
  • - Performing reconciliation of accounts by partnering with our Finance team.
  • - Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
  • - Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
  • - Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock.
  • - Analyzing and reviewing supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
  • - Generating purchase and pricing reports, supply chain analysis, and inventory management systems.
  • - Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
  • - Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • - Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or another related field.
  • - 6-8 years' experience working with healthcare distributors.
  • - Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
  • - Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • - Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • - Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
