We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our great team!

Job Description:

* Responsible for all maintenance repairs and projects on shift

* Oversee maintenance staff on assigned shift

* Perform a variety of duties to install and maintain production machines and equipment

* Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance of equipment, machinery, electrical systems and structures using blueprints, diagrams, manuals and written instructions while adhering to safety guidelines

* Perform electrical and mechanical duties including working with 120v, 220v, 480v, troubleshooting and installing, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic duties

* Perform simple to complex fabrication projects involving welding

* Diagnose problems, replace and repair as needed

* Perform tasks involving scissor lifts, forklifts, etc.

* Uses a variety of hand and power tools

* Perform cleaning, plumbing, and general tasks as needed

* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal codes and regulations

* Miscellaneous repairs and tasks

Job Requirements:

• 5 years of maintenance experience, industrial or steel environment required
• Previous experience leading a maintenance team
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Safety Oriented
• Self-motivated, good communication, and problem solving skills
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions
• Able to work on your feet 8-12 hours per day
