Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure optimal performance of equipment and facilities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them in a timely manner
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, installations, and maintenance services
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions
- Train new employees on maintenance procedures and safety protocols

Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Extensive knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices
- Experience with HVAC systems, industrial maintenance, low voltage systems, and electrical systems
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management and inventory control
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to analyze complex issues and find practical solutions
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors
