Ohio Mulch Supply, Inc. is Hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician Near Columbus, OH
We currently has an opening for an Industrial Maintenance Technician with a background in Industrial Electrical to assist our Lead Multicraft Mechanic in our mulch packaging facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of equipment in our packaging buildings as well as other equipment as needed. A background with Conveyors, Robotic Arms, PLCs and High Voltage Packaging Equipment is preferred.
Functions include:
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment
- Maintain Hammer Bagging Machine
- Maintain Conveyors in Packaging Buildings
- Maintain Robotic Packaging equipment
- Clear machine jams as needed.
- Clean the machine as needed.
- Troubleshoot machine product issues making adjustments where necessary.
- Troubleshoot machine related mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues making adjustments where necessary.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance actions on all machine systems and machine subsystems as needed
- Assist the Production Manager with other duties as needed including supervising operators.
- Regular and consistent overtime is to be expected.
