CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
NATURE STONE®, the leader in the Stone & Epoxy flooring industry, with an outstanding reputation, with facilities located in Cleveland, Cincinnati, Columbus, Toledo and Pittsburgh. The list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. Your two primary responsibilities would be one, to set qualified appointments from inbound callers and two, to provide effective customer service to consumers by utilizing excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of company products and policies. You will be required to accurately enter data into our system.

Hourly Rate: $18.00. This is a Full-Time position, 36 to 40 hours per work, overtime as needed, as well as some Saturdays.
