To strengthen our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team.Position Summary:As a Customer Service Representative at OAI, you will be the face and voice of our organization, interacting with policyholders, prospective clients and carrier partners on a daily basis. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our insurance products and services. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in fostering long-lasting relationships with our customers.Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone, email, Chat, Text and in-person, to deliver outstanding service. Handle inquiries regarding insurance coverage, policy changes, claims, billing, and any other customer-related concerns promptly and courteously.2. Policy Guidance: Educate customers on our insurance products, coverage options, and available add-ons. Assist clients in selecting appropriate policies that align with their unique needs and financial situations.3. Policy Maintenance: Process policy changes, endorsements, and updates as requested by customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.4. Claims Assistance: Offer empathetic and efficient support to customers during the claims process. Facilitate the submission and processing of claims while keeping clients informed about the status of their claims.5. Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints professionally, aiming to resolve issues to the best of your ability and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.6. Account Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's database. Regularly review policyholder information and communicate important updates or changes as required.7. Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products or upselling enhanced coverage to existing customers based on their specific needs and circumstances.8. Compliance and Regulations: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and company policies, ensuring all customer interactions and transactions adhere to the prescribed guidelines.9.
