OGC Law, a Pittsburgh-based firm located in Mt. Lebanon, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 0 to 3 years experience in litigation to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling arguments and articulate complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide variety of legal matters, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, attending court hearings, managing a caseload of litigation matters, and potentially company formations and transactional matters. The Associate will be mentored by a team of seasoned attorneys, with outside general counsel and commercial litigation experience at large Pittsburgh law firms.
