Associate Position – Energy & Utilities – 0-3 Years of Experience
Post & Schell, P.C. seeks an attorney to join its Energy & Utilities Group as an Associate in its Pittsburgh or Harrisburg office. The successful candidate will help represent public utilities before state and federal regulatory agencies and appellate courts. Any interested candidate should have 0-3 years of experience, with a background or interest in litigation, appellate practice, regulatory compliance, administrative law, and energy law. Top academic credentials and exceptional research, writing, analytical, and communication skills are required. Any interested candidate must be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, with additional admission(s) to Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, and/or West Virginia considered as helpful but not necessary. Competitive salary and benefits will be provided.
