Position : Customer Service Professional 5 StarFacility!

Compensation : $17.00 per hour Bonus (additional $2$4 per hour) Total compensation $19$21 perhour!

Provides5 Star Guest Service to current and future guests as well aspartners and their guests and employees. Develops business and retains and services clients inthe specified geographic region.

Dutiesand Responsibilities :

Thefollowing reflects management s definition of essential functionsfor this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned.

  • Ensureseach and every guest entering the facility has an exceptionalexperience
  • Answersincoming guest telephone calls in a courteous and professionalmanner
  • Possessesand maintains thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry asassigned
  • Negotiatesagreements withguests
  • Opensand closes contracts; ensuring all required client paperwork iscomplete andaccurate
  • Respondsto and investigates guest inquiries concerns and issues via phonefax mail and email in a timely and courteousmanner
  • Assistsall guests with inquiries and concerns in a professional andfriendly manner both on the telephone and inperson
  • Understandsand communicates information regarding the company productsservices and policies to new and existingclients
  • Possessesand maintains thorough knowledge of our services andproducts.
  • Performpickup and dropoff service forguests
  • Assistin shuttle delivery or logistics betweenlocations.
  • Researchesguests prior to their arrival and offer serviceupgrade
  • Usecompany wide programs sales development prospecting projects guestevents and reporting for group businessdevelopment
  • Achievemonthly quarterly and annual revenue goals asoutlined
  • Maintainand organize workarea
  • Mustbe in proper uniform at all times whenworking
  • Mustbe ready to work at the start of scheduledshift
  • Followlawful directions fromsupervisors
  • Upholdthe company nondisclosure and confidentiality policies andagreements
  • Work evenings weekends and holiday work hours asrequired
  • Other duties asdirected

Requirements

MinimumRequirements :

PhysicalRequirements :

  • Ability to stand walk bend and reach for up to 8hours
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 45 lbs withoutassistance

  • Work between frequently alternating environments;inside and outside sun light and officelight
  • Applicant must possess all auditory speaking andcommunicating capabilities necessary to complete theresponsibilities detailedabove.
