The Office of the Attorney General, Department of Environment (“Department”) is seeking applicants for an Assistant Attorney General to represent the Department. This position serves as counsel to the Air and Radiation Administration. Position responsibilities include legal and regulatory advice, and litigation before state, federal, and appellate courts, as well as administrative agencies.
EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years of legal experience, including excellent litigation and writing skills. Experience and education in environmental law is preferred. Admission to the Maryland Bar, or the ability to waive into the bar, is required.
