Office of Cannabis Management is Hiring an Investigative Aide - VID 158114 Near New York, NY
Current New York State employee with one year or more of qualifying permanent service in a position allocated to a Grade 07 or above and eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.
Duties Include, but are not limited to:
- Work with staff to support the reporting and collection of information for investigations.
- Assist in the preparation, review, evaluation and analysis of a variety of data and reports from investigations.
- Review documents received from licensees to ensure documents are complete. Reach out to licensees or other units for additional information where applicable.
- Conduct research as requested by Unit staff, being sure to adhere to deadlines identified.
- Track inspections and assist with preparing written correspondence to licensees summarizing audit findings.
