Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Duties:

• Experience in managing Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server.
• SW and HW troubleshooting capabilities on Windows PC/Mac and multifunction printers.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office365 - Microsoft Exchange Online - Sharepoint - Teams
• In-depth knowledge of Networking (Firewall – Switch – Router – Access point) and its protocols (TCP/IP).
• Experience managing virtual systems and environments both on-premise and cloud.
• Troubleshooting activities for all operating systems and security issues
• Support for Operation and Maintenance activities of Servers and network devices.
• Excellent knowledge in managing WEB domains.
• Knowledge and management of security systems such as Antivirus (BitDefender) and Security appliances (Fortigate, Cisco Meraki)
• Previous experience in the management of complex and geo-distributed network infrastructures.

Requirements:
- Solid understanding of computer networking principles.
- Proficiency in desktop support including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Firewall configurations and security protocols.
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
