- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dietary department
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Oversee food preparation and service to ensure quality and consistency
- Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of residents
- Monitor inventory levels and order food and supplies as needed
- Train and mentor dietary staff members

Experience
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant, hospitality management, or catering industry
