POSITION TITLE: Kitchen Helper
CLASSIFICATION: Substitute/ Temporary/ Hourly
SALARY RANGE: $ 20.91 per hour (08/01/2023)
RESIDENCY: Must be City of New Rochelle Resident

ACCEPTABLE TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
Completion of grade school plus experience working as a grocery clerk, food service worker or porter for a minimum of six (6) months.
SPECIAL REOUIREMENT FOR APPOINTMENT: Possession of a valid New York State Class “5” Driver’s license without convictions, for those employees who drive.
Applications will be initially reviewed by Civil Service to determine whether each candidate meets the minimum requirements.
