The Customer Service Representative – WM Brickell assists Relationship Manager(s) with various administrative, operational, and customer support tasks and coordinating the department’s incoming calls. This position provides direct customer service to bank customers handling their accounts with account opening and account servicing, that may include loan applications and loan agreements, provides customers with information on bank products, handling their requests and bank related inquiries and reconcile other bank related issues on a timely basis. Also provides quality customer service greeting customers in the reception area.
Assist the Relationship Manager(s) in all duties related to handling customer’s banking needs such as handing of accounts, log control reports, account opening, administrative projects, wire transfer instructions, internal transfer instructions, etc.
Responsible for day-to-day client servicing, including account opening, and account servicing.
Perform clerical and/or administrative duties as assigned by WM Operations Manager and/or Wealth Management Manager.
Work with internal partners (Sales, Operations, Management, or other Relationship Managers) to respond to client needs/requests.
Provide a high level of service to existing clients, consistent with the full development and maintenance of the client relationship.
Ensure customer files are in compliance with BSA/AML, KYC regulations.
Handle customer instructions as received by fax; must monitor fax receipts throughout the day.
Assist Relationship Manager (s) with coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments.
Complete projects and tasks as assigned by Relationship Manager(s).
Coordinate all telephone inquiries received by the Wealth Management-Brickell office.
Welcome all guests to the reception area and notify appropriate personnel.
