JOB PREVIEW: Reports to the Maintenance Manager and performs general building maintenance, assists maintenance with equipment repairs, and assists with daily housekeeping duties throughout the Recycling facility.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Ensure the Safety of the Equipment

• Follow all safety procedures and protocols for maintenance and operation of processing or fleet equipment, rolling stock equipment, power tools, and facility including physical plant systems and equipment.
• Lockout /Tag out Procedures
• Confined Space Procedures
• Machine Guarding Procedures
• Hazardous Materials Management

-Perform preventative Maintenance Procedures for all Equipment in accordance with procedures of equipment Operations and Maintenance Manuals

-Operation of Fork Trucks and personnel lifts

-Other Duties as Requested

-Shift is Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school education or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated ability to follow verbal and written directions
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Basic knowledge, use of hand tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.30 per hour
