**Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service in our retail environment. **Responsibilities:** - Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing daily sales operations - Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns - Train, mentor, and motivate sales team members to achieve sales targets - Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory management team - Analyze sales data to develop strategies for increasing sales and profitability - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Participate in staff scheduling and performance evaluations **Requirements:** - Proven experience in retail sales or a similar role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in retail math is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Knowledge of inventory management practices - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Join our team as an Assistant Sales Manager and contribute to our success by driving sales, leading a team, and delivering exceptional customer service.
