Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance to make apartments and homes move in ready
Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of homes and apartments to identify any issues or malfunctions in the opertation of the dwelling
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical and painting
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Fabricate and install various components as needed
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems
- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge is required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
