Are you a friendly, outgoing individual who loves meeting new and interesting folks from around the world? If so, we've got the perfect gig for you! We're seeking a customer-oriented Assistant Innkeeper to join our dynamic team. As an Assistant Innkeeper, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing top-notch service and ensuring they have a fantastic experience during their stay. If you've got excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you.

Duties:

• Greet guests with a warm smile and provide them with all the info they need about the hotel and its awesome amenities
• Help guests with check-in and check-out processes, making sure everything is smooth and efficient
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and any complaints (though we're sure you'll keep those to a minimum!) with professionalism and care
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the right person or department
• Keep the front desk area spick and span
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
• Work closely with the rest of the hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
• Provide awesome recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities to make our guests' stays even more memorable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
