WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are searching for a highly professional applicant who possesses strong verbal, writing and organizational abilities to join our law firm as an estate planning attorney. You will create wills, trusts, powers of attorney for our clients, educate them on matters of asset protection and tax planning, and guide survivors through the administration process after death. This role carries a great deal of responsibility and seeks to eliminate questions regarding how an estate should be managed or prepared. Our ideal candidate will have significant estate knowledge and be a licensed Virginia attorney.
