We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Timber at the Bay. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities and equipment are in good working order and that any repairs or maintenance needs are addressed promptly.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, repairing plumbing fixtures, and fixing electrical outlets
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any maintenance needs
Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and address any issues promptly
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to schedule repairs and maintenance work
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed
Ensure that all safety protocols are followed when performing maintenance work
All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must have a valid drivers license
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.58 - $22.37 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
