We are seeking a skilled Service/Maintenance Technician to join our team at Golf Villas at Oro Valley. The ideal candidate will have experience in servicing and maintaining residential properties.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
• Respond to service requests from residents in a timely and professional manner
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, plumbing, and electrical issues
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems
• Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
• Assist with the preparation of vacant units for new residents
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred of 2 years of experience in residential maintenance
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
