We are hiring a Human Resource Director to join our dynamic care team with Orchard View Manor and Oakland Grove Health Care Center!
This position serves as the H.R. personnel at the two facilities located in East Providence and Woonsocket, respectively.

As the Human Resource Director, you are responsible for assisting in the provision of human resource services which include employee benefits questions, recruitment and employment, developing/updating human resource policies, procedures, employee and labor relations, and management systems, as well as other administrative functions pertaining to management or general business of daily operations. The Human Resource Director will also assist the Administrator with performing work of substantial importance.
