We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Robin Run Village! The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to our nursing staff on weekends.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee nursing staff and ensure quality care is being provided to residents

- Address any employee concerns or issues that may arise during the weekend shift

- Complete rounds to ensure that all residents are receiving proper care and attention

- Act as a liaison between nursing staff and other healthcare professionals

- Assist with admissions and discharges as needed

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

- Current RN license in good standing

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work weekends
