Overview

Oak Grove Technologies is seeking an exceptional OPSEC Red Team Lead with a robust background identifying vulnerabilities (BLUEFOR) via signatures in the PAI/CAI space. Additional Information: This role is based at Redstone Arsenal, offering the possibility of a blended work environment. It requires a Top-Secret security clearance and the ability to obtain SCI. Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in Intelligence and/or Special Operations fields, with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities
    Lead the OPSEC Red Team targeting, tagging, and cuing with a focus on inventive problem-solving, avoiding conventional heuristics, and mental shortcuts in threat assessments and operational planning.
  • Foster an environment that encourages creative thinking and the exploration of non-traditional strategies to identify and exploit vulnerabilities.
  • Drive comprehensive threat vulnerability assessments utilizing both established and novel methodologies, with an emphasis on thoroughness and detail.
  • Engage in strategic cross domain planning, employing a deep understanding Red Teaming while incorporating fresh, unconventional ideas.
  • Coordinate with analysts and other team members to develop multifaceted operational strategies that encompass a wide range of scenarios and possibilities.
  • Instill a culture of meticulousness and organization, ensuring all operations are planned and executed with precision and attention to every detail.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement, critical examination, and innovative thinking.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in security and defense, integrating cutting-edge concepts and technologies into team operations.
Qualifications

Preferred experience in Intelligence and/or Special Operations and Planning, complemented by a flair for creative approaches and critical thinking. This position demands a professional who is not only adept in traditional Intel / SOF Roles but also excels in devising innovative strategies, avoiding heuristic biases, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Intelligence and/or Special Operations fields, with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in an Intelligence and/or Special Operations organization with demonstrated operational experiecne.
  • Demonstrated experience in a field related to OSINT research, collection management, or analysis or the exploitation of CTD data/PAI or social media.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a track record of managing complex operations and projects with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Ability to maintain focus under pressure, with a commitment to precision in all aspects of work.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities, with a knack for thoroughly assessing and dissecting complex situations.
  • A proactive approach to learning and professional development, with a passion for staying ahead in a rapidly evolving field.
