Award-winning, contemporary Japanese restaurant in the Leather District of Boston, o ya restaurant is hiring a Guest Relations Coordinator for a part time position. This is an opportunity to join a small but dynamic team dedicated to curating a high level experience for each of our guests. We are looking for a self starter, passionate person who has a strong love for guest service and is a natural host.

Responsibilities include answering guest inquiries over the phone, in emails and in person. This person will answer questions about the restaurant, confirm upcoming reservations, note details of guest preference, allergies and other crucial information that help us create long term relationships. You will assist ordering office supplies, learning and printing nightly omakase menus, and working closely with the Lead Host and General Manager to organize the nightly information and ensure our guests' needs and expectations are met. Experience with fine dining, customer service, and the Tock reservation platform (or the like) is strongly preferred; however, we are seeking first and foremost a genuinely gracious individual with a positive and warm service-oriented attitude.
