Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and mentor staff, including hiring, motivating, and coaching development.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals through active participation in hotel sales efforts.
• Collaborate on the creation and management of property budget and expense plans.
• Uphold OHM and brand standards while fostering exceptional guest experiences and profitability.
• Respond professionally to team member and guest issues, maintaining positive relationships.
• Liaise with all departments and community stakeholders, representing the hotel and company.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Embrace OHM’s culture initiatives including O’Reach, Green Team, and Health & Wellness.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and on time, including financial reporting.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and relevant PMS.
• Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team to meet OHM and brand standards.
• Effective problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results and work under pressure.
• Comfortable with high visibility and leadership roles within the hotel and community.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of comprehensive hospitality experience, preferably in hotel operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business preferred.
• Current driver’s license required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and transport items up to 50 pounds.
• Various physical activities including bending, reaching, and standing.

Environmental Conditions:

• Predominantly inside work environment with occasional exposure to weather conditions.
• Compliance with safety requirements for the role.
