We are looking to bolster our already excellent staff with a dishwasher as we head into fall and holiday season.
O O Pizza is an independently owned restaurant in Webster Groves, serving handmade Italian fare for dinner 7 nights a week. We are a from-scratch kitchen through and through, with menus that change with the seasons. We're passionate about quality and creativity and strive to source the best local and imported ingredients for our menus. Founded in 2020, O O Pizza has been fortunate to have great community support, and we look forward to continued success in the future!
Dishwashers play a crucial role in our nightly dinner service at O O Pizza. We will typically have a crew of two or three dishwashers per shift. Typical responsibilities for dishwashers include:

• Operating dish machine safely and efficiently
• Drying clean items and returning them to their respective places
• Keeping the dish station tidy during service
• Using excellent verbal communication to inform management of any needs
• Cleaning dish station at end of night
• Taking out kitchen trash and recycling

This is technically an entry-level position for which restaurant experience is not required, though experienced dishwashers are preferred. That said, applicants who are looking to work hard, who have a team mentality, and who are interested in the restaurant industry are strongly encouraged to apply! We will provide all the training and support necessary for success. And, if you're interested in the culinary side of our industry, we would gladly provide training down the road.
Full-time and part-time hours are both available. Evening availability is required for this role. Dishwashers will typically begin work between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m., and shifts will typically end between 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., depending on the day of the week. Weekend availability is strongly preferred but not technically required for this role.
Pay for this position will be in the range of $15.00 to $18.00 hourly based on availability and relevant professional experience. Other benefits at O O Pizza include:
