Role: Service Manager
Want to get your hands dirty and have real organizational impact? Custom Kitchen Ventilation is building a service department from scratch. As the service manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through developing and mentoring the next generation of HVAC technicians and managing daily departmental operations.
Responsibilities:
Physical Demands:
Strenuous work including but not limited to: repetitive bending, stooping, squatting, stretching and reaching overhead, standing for long periods of time, and being able to independently lift, push, and pull heavy objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
Working Conditions:
Must be able to work in outdoors and unfinished/unconditioned spaces without regard to weather and temperature. Must be comfortable working at height on ladders, lifts, and roofs. Must be comfortable working in confined spaces.
