WHAT WE’RE AFTER…

Our progressive Interior Design team at our Austin, TX office seeks a talented Designer. Interior Designers have a passion for designing Healthcare and Education environments, finding the Mission for each client. Whether the project is small or large a candidate will thrive on creating solutions that make these spaces better for the people who occupy them.

WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO….

  • Collaborate on healthcare and education projects, including programming client needs, conceptual design, and the design and construction phase
  • Concept to complete construction documents
  • Presentation development using Revit and Adobe Suite
  • Document design work for construction documents
  • Develop specifications
  • Adobe photoshop image development

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE…

We’re looking for passionate, driven self-starters. Beyond that, you’ll need…

  • Strong knowledge of the design process
  • Ability to work through fast paced projects
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks with little oversight
    Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate and present design work to clients
  • General knowledge of materials and products relevant to project work
    Independent problem-solving
    Advanced technical skills in relevant software programs.
  • Ability to project a professional presence and demeanor
  • Ability to work in a highly visible, team-oriented environment
  • Collaborate with in house teams across both offices
  • Proficient in: Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Revit and Adobe Suite
  • Other preferred knowledge: Newforma Project Center, Sketchup and MS Office 365
